What is your return policy?
Items that are customized in any way, can not be returned or exchanged. Customized gear includes and is not limited to, Team name/logo, Team mascot, players name, players numbers, sponsers name, & any art detail.
Products that are not customized may be returned within 5 days of reciept. Contact us with your return request. Client is responsible for return shipping cost. Your account will be refunded within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the inital purchase. Once your refund is processed, it may take 2-10 days for the refunded amount to reflect on your statement. The original shipping cost will not be included in your refund.
Can my Custom Order be cancelled?
Being that this is a custom product, your order can not be cancelled and we do not accept returns on customized products. If the product is defective or the order was shipped incorrectly, please contact our customer service department within 5 buisness days from the time the goods are recieved.

What is the minimum quantity for custom gear?
Our minimum quantity on intial orders of custom Sublimated gear and custom embellished gear is 12. After art work is approved, please allow 2-3 weeks for custom embellished (screen print or embroidery) products and 6-8 weeks for custom sublimated products.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. There is an inital art set up fee of $45 on all orders. You will find this fee in your inital quote.
